Operator Guide
How to deploy and monitor Autonomous Sequences for your high-ticket clients.
2. Command Center Dashboard
- Organizations — Client projects (one per client)
- Active Sequences — Workflows currently running
- Trend Signals — Saved alerts waiting for Sequence deployment
- Deliverables — Pending/placed outputs
- System Health — Real-time telemetry
3. Organizations
One organization per client. Each organization can have multiple brands.
- Create — Name, slug (e.g. acme-corp), optional description
- Delete — Removes organization and all related data
4. Brands (Campaigns)
Brands live inside organizations. Choose a template or create a custom brand.
Campaign templates (ready to use):
- eCommerce Growth — Product catalog, category pages, shopping content
- App Promotions — Mobile/web app launch, ASO, store listings
- Content & SEO — Blog, pillar content, keyword-driven content
- Local Business — Local SEO, NAP consistency, directory listings
- Backlink & Authority — Link building, guest posting, brand authority
Or choose Custom for manual type selection. Use tooltips (ℹ️) on form fields for guidance. Domain format: enter domain only (e.g. mystore.com), no https://. Same domain can be used across templates.
Status — Set to active for automations to use it when auto-queueing jobs.
5. Automations (Deprecated)
Automations were the legacy way to schedule jobs. This is superseded by real-time Autonomous Sequences.
6. Autonomous Sequences
Instead of single jobs, you deploy multi-agent workflows that pass context automatically.
Triggering a Sequence:
- Select Campaign
- Choose Sequence Type (e.g. Content Dominator)
- Enter Seed Topic
- Click Deploy Sequence
Example: The Keyword Agent finds a gap, passes the keyword to the Content Agent, which passes the article to the Backlink Agent for outreach — autonomously.
7. Trend Signals
Trend alerts saved from proactive scans. These signals prompt the Operator to deploy new Sequences.
8. Backlinks
Backlink records per organization. The Backlink Agent manages discovery, outreach, and monitoring autonomously.
9. Analytics
Performance and growth metrics by organization — stats by job type, success rate, and execution breakdown.
10. Client Reports
Create client logins so clients can view their organization's growth report. Share credentials via email.
9. Sequence Logs
Telemetry view showing agent handoffs inside running Sequences. Use for tracking pipeline execution.
12. Error Report
Failsafe monitor for broken sequence steps (e.g. Rate Limits).
