1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Organic Signal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Organic Signal is a growth operations platform provided by Vumoz LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These terms govern your access to and use of our services.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access to Organic Signal is by invitation only. We operate on a retainer-based model. You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have authority to bind your organization to these terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Services and Retainer Model

Organic Signal provides AI-powered growth operations services, including but not limited to:

• Campaign planning and management
• SEO and content strategy automation
• Backlink and outreach workflow coordination
• Growth reporting and analytics

Services are provided on a retainer basis with specific terms outlined in your contract.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Platform
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use the Platform to transmit harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Vumoz LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Platform, you grant us a license to process and display your content as necessary to provide the services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your retainer contract. Generally:

• Retainer fees are billed monthly or as agreed
• Payment is due within the period specified in your contract
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, data, and system configurations.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vumoz LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms in your retainer contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

Upon termination, you will retain access to export your data for 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
