Find answers to common questions about Organic Signal, our retainer model, and how the platform works.
Getting Started
How do I get access to Organic Signal?
Organic Signal is invitation-only. Request a 14-day demo and we'll set up your personalized access. There's no self-serve signup - we configure the platform for you based on your needs.
What's included in the demo?
Your 14-day demo includes full Command Center access, 1 organization and workspace, 3 sequence runs, trend monitoring, growth reports, and backlink discovery. Publishing and external outreach are disabled during demos for safety.
How long does setup take?
Most clients are fully operational within 3-5 business days. We handle organization setup, workspace configuration, campaign planning, initial integrations, and your first growth audit.
Do I need technical skills to use Organic Signal?
No. The platform is designed for marketers and agencies, not developers. We handle the technical setup, and the interface guides you through strategy, approval workflows, and reporting.
Pricing & Plans
How is the retainer structured?
Retainers include operated weekly cycles with a dedicated operator (expert + platform), full Command Center access, and strategic guidance. Each plan tier includes different campaign volumes, workspace limits, and support levels. Commercial terms and what's included are shared during your qualification call.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period to ensure service continuity. We'll help you transition smoothly.
What happens after the 3-month commitment?
After your initial commitment, plans renew month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Most clients stay because the ROI is clear.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes! Annual contracts receive a 15% discount. Contact sales for custom annual pricing on Growth and Enterprise plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card, ACH transfer, and invoicing (Enterprise plans). Payment is processed monthly or annually depending on your contract.
Platform & Features
What makes Organic Signal different from other AI content tools?
We're not just an AI writing tool. Organic Signal is a complete growth operations platform with multi-agent workflows, approval controls, campaign management, health monitoring, and client reporting. It's designed to operationalize organic growth, not just generate random content.
Can I publish content directly from the platform?
Yes, with approved integrations. We support WordPress publishing (with draft-first workflow), and we're adding more CMS connectors. All publishing requires explicit approval to maintain quality and brand safety.
What AI providers do you use?
We use a multi-provider architecture with automatic fallbacks: DeepSeek (primary), OpenAI (fallback), and Google Gemini (last resort). This ensures maximum uptime and resilience. Enterprise plans can request specific provider preferences.
Can I import my existing SEO data?
Yes. Connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other data sources during onboarding. We'll import historical data to establish baselines and identify opportunities.
What integrations are available?
Current integrations include Google Search Console, Google Analytics, WordPress, and email providers (Brevo, Resend). We're actively adding CRM, project management, and additional CMS connectors based on customer demand.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use enterprise-grade security including TLS encryption, encrypted data at rest, bcrypt password hashing, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. See our Security page for full details.
Agency & Multi-Client Use
Can I manage multiple clients in one account?
Absolutely. Create separate organizations for each client, with isolated workspaces, campaigns, integrations, and reports. Each client gets their own secure view.
Can clients access their own data?
Yes. Invite client users as org admins or staff with specific permissions. They can view campaigns, approve content, and access their growth reports. You control what they see.
How do workspace limits work?
Limits are based on your plan tier. A workspace represents a brand, website, or campaign unit. Small clients may need just one workspace; larger clients may need several (product lines, regions, brands).
Can I white-label the client portal?
White-label branding is available on Enterprise plans. This includes custom domain, logo, colors, and branded reports.
Support & Training
What kind of support do you offer?
Starter plans include email support with 24-hour response time. Growth plans add a dedicated success manager. Enterprise plans include priority support, Slack access, and quarterly strategic reviews.
Do you provide training?
Yes. All retainers include onboarding training. We walk you through campaign setup, workflow optimization, approval processes, and reporting. Additional training sessions can be scheduled as needed.
What if I have a technical issue?
Contact support at support@signaganic.com. We respond within 24 hours (sooner for Growth and Enterprise). Check system status for real-time operational health.
Data & Compliance
Who owns the content and data?
You own all content, campaigns, and data created in the platform. We process it to deliver services but never claim ownership.
Is Organic Signal GDPR compliant?
Yes. We comply with GDPR for EU users and CCPA for California residents. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, rights, and compliance.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export campaigns, content drafts, keyword data, backlinks, and reports anytime. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to export before data is deleted.
Where is my data stored?
Data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Railway, Vercel) in the United States. Backups are geographically distributed for redundancy.
